Year 3

Welcome to Year 3!

We have three classes in Year 3. All classes have a Learning Assistant that work across the three classes in the morning to support with the English and Maths learning.

The Year 3 staff and units of learning are listed below;

Children learn in discrete subjects across Key Stage 2. English and Maths is taught every day and then foundation subjects including History, geography, Art, Design Technology, RE, Music, PE and PHSE are taught weekly. In the first half of each term, Art and Geography are taught and in the second half Design technology and History are taught to ensure coverage of the whole curriculum.
